My look and stat's vary alot from offseason to contest time. I've posted "averages" above. Offseason, I've been as high as 293#,but with considerable water retention and more fat than I should have allowed, but with my arms nearing 23" pumped. Contest time, I'll be around 235# and 5% bf, very hard and vascular. I've been trainig for 25 years (!) and so have great muscle maturity and graininess too. I personally like the offseason look better, huge and bulky! My partner and I have been together for many years, but I am available for photo shoots, expos, and Private Muscle-Worship sessions in Los Angeles, and around the country, as I travel alot.
